Mai is a conversational assistant that connects delivery workers and partners to the “Meu Diploma do Ensino Médio” program, preparing them for the Encceja through a personalized and human-centered journey.

Thousands of delivery workers and restaurant partners have not completed high school, facing barriers related to time, access, and information when trying to resume their studies.

The Outcome

A conversational assistant that guides professionals through a personalized journey to enroll in the program, respecting their time and work context.
